We also leverage off the expertise and networks of our sister company in Hong Kong, Yu Feng Nong Holdings, in Southeast Asia, and establish new regional headquarters with western companies in that vibrant region.

Our Construction Tech Cluster in Spain partners with foreign construction tech companies to adapt to European norms and develop new markets in the EU, Eastern Europe and Latin America. We operate in fields of modular housing design software, blockchain-based QA and traceability systems for the modular housing sector, and fractional ownership of mid-rise residential complexes.
Modular Housing Manufacture
Utilising the latest European design and engineering technology, and utilising the abundant timber resources of Romania, we will develop multi-story timber modular housing for the European market from our modern Romanian facilities.
Agribusiness
Our platform for investment in Spanish wineries is under development with Argentinian and Spanish partners, providing institutions and individual investors access to the asset class in an efficient and transparent manner.
Our wine trading and distribution business is expanding into Taiwan and Japan, with Spanish and Australian product lines.
We have established a trading platform for biomass exports into the Japanese, Chinese and European markets, based on sawmill waste and crop residue, and now are developing markets for charcoal for green steel manufacture in key markets.
