Our Agritechnology Cluster in Spain partners with foreign agritechnology companies to develop new products and capture market opportunities in Europe, Africa and Latin America. Our concentrations are horticultural robotics, crop protection, crop nutrition, ERP systems for farms/plantations/forests, and irrigation technology. We have long-established relationships with private sector investors and government agencies related to these segments.
We also leverage off the expertise and networks of our sister company in Hong Kong, Yu Feng Nong Holdings, in Southeast Asia, and establish new regional headquarters with western companies in that vibrant region. We have a technical base in Taiwan, and our countries of operation include Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Our Construction Tech Cluster in Spain partners with foreign construction tech companies to adapt to European norms and develop new markets in the EU, Eastern Europe and Latin America. We operate in fields of modular housing design software, with simple UI for retail customers and developers, and blockchain-based fractional ownership of mid-rise residential complexes.

Our platform for investment in a sizeable portfolio of Spanish wineries and vineyards is under development with Spanish partners, providing institutions and family offices access to the asset class in an efficient and transparent manner.
We are engaged in Circular Economy projects in Eastern Europe, using crop residue waste as biochar for agricultural CDR projects and a substitute for thermal coal.

With almost 30 years’ experience in this field, we are growing our portfolio of Spanish wines and olive oils, and coffees from East Africa, Indonesia and Taiwan.
